If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. 2. **A written scope and quote**What we'll do, what you'll get at the end, and the number of days, agreed before any work starts. 3. **The work**Done remotely wherever possible, with regular updates so you always know where things stand. 4. **A clear handover**Plain-English reports, documentation and training, so you're not dependent on us afterwards. We agree the scope and the number of days with you in writing before anything starts, so you know the cost up front. Do we need to buy your security products to use your consultancy?+No. Consultancy stands on its own, and our advice isn't tied to anything we sell. If one of our [managed security services](https://triplepoint.org.uk/security) is a good fit we'll say so, but we'll also tell you when it isn't. Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?+Yes. We can bring the specialist knowledge for one project and hand over to them when it's done, so they stay in charge of your day-to-day IT. Is the work done remotely or on site?+Most work can be done remotely.
