Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This statement applies to triplepoint.org.uk, operated by Triplepoint IT Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.

1. Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the widely-used standard for web accessibility — and to keep improving it over time.

2. How accessible this website is

This site has not yet had a formal accessibility audit. We don't currently know of specific accessibility issues, but we also haven't run a systematic check to confirm conformance — so this section will be updated with real findings once that check happens, rather than asserting a conformance level we haven't verified.

3. Feedback

If you find any part of this website difficult to use, please let us know: privacy@triplepoint.org.uk. We'll try to respond and address genuine accessibility barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.

4. Enforcement

Unlike public sector websites, this site isn't subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. As a private company, our general obligations around accessibility come from the Equality Act 2010's duty to make reasonable adjustments — we take that seriously, but there isn't a dedicated enforcement body for private-sector website accessibility the way there is for the public sector. If you're unhappy with our response to an accessibility issue you've raised, please tell us and we'll do our best to resolve it directly.

5. Technical information

This website is run by Triplepoint IT Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and are aiming for it to be compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Specific technical details will be added once a formal accessibility check has been run against the live site.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 17 September 2026. It will be reviewed and updated whenever the website changes significantly, or at least annually.
