Before you apply

No. Billing is monthly, based on your device count and chosen tier, and there's no fixed term to break if your needs change.
Yes — moving between AV-only, EDR, MDR Essentials and MDR Complete is a live change to your Sophos Central tenant, not a re-signup. Ask us and we'll apply it.
We'll agree a cutover plan with you before anything changes. If you'd rather not handle the migration yourselves, we offer optional installation assistance at a fixed £500 per day — scoped with you first, invoiced separately.
We verify your business against Companies House and a few automated checks, send over a straightforward services agreement to e-sign, then provision your Sophos Central tenant to the tier you picked. Most applications are reviewed within one business day.
On AV-only and EDR, the tools are yours to review. From MDR Essentials upwards, Sophos's own 24/7 analyst team is watching, investigating and responding on your behalf — not just software running unattended.
