Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These website terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of triplepoint.org.uk (the "Site"), operated by Triplepoint IT Limited ("Triplepoint", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17306876, registered office Bumblebee Cottage, Main Street, Clanfield, Oxon, OX18 2SH.

By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

These Terms don't apply to our services. If you're a client receiving Sophos-managed security services or consultancy from us, that relationship is governed by our Customer Agreement and any Order Form or Statement of Work signed under it — not by this document.

1. Who we are

Triplepoint IT Limited, company no. 17306876, registered office Bumblebee Cottage, Main Street, Clanfield, Oxon, OX18 2SH.

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Triplepoint or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, but may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it's hosted on, or any server, computer, or database connected to it
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material via the Site
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our permission
  • Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack

Given the nature of our business, we take unauthorised access attempts against our own systems particularly seriously and will report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Sophos product pages). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link doesn't imply our endorsement of the linked site.

5. No warranty; availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but make no warranty that it's complete, error-free, or continuously available. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability of all or part of the Site for business or operational reasons at any time, without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, and our use of cookies by our Cookie Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, as the Site or our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
