The problem

Most businesses run on processes that grew up by accident: a spreadsheet emailed around for approval, a paper form typed in again later, someone copying data from one system to another every Friday. They work until that person is off sick, or the spreadsheet gets overwritten.

Microsoft 365 already includes tools to fix this, but building something reliable takes more than dragging boxes around, and a quick fix that only one person understands becomes the next problem.

We've designed and delivered Power Automate and Power Apps solutions for real businesses, and we build with security in mind from the start: who can see the data, where it is stored and what happens when someone leaves.

Questions
Often not. Many workflows and apps run on the Power Platform features included with most Microsoft 365 business plans. Some connectors and data sources need premium licences, and we'll tell you which before we build anything.
It's a common problem. We document everything we build, keep it owned by the business rather than one person's account, and can take over and tidy up flows built by someone else.
Power Automate has connectors for hundreds of common services, and can work with many others through their APIs. We'll check yours during scoping.
